This is an exciting topic. I generally like to think of myself as an idea person, so I choose to address this in terms of things I want most that do not currently exist. Think outside the box, so to speak. Others have called me a dreamer, or a round peg in a square hole, or just shake their heads. That's OK, being different is my mantra.

A slow cooker, otherwise known as a "crock pot," is a wonderful implement for a busy cook. Slow cookers are great because absolutely anyone can assemble recipe ingredients, turn the knob, and forget about preparation for several hours. Even those who don't work outside the home and have more time to cook, find slow cookers beneficial. Besides making meals easier to prepare, slow cookers make foods more flavorful and incredibly tender - especially meats.



It is best to choose a slow cooker slow cooked moroccan lamb with a removable bowl for easier cleaning. The bowl can be taken from the heating unit and washed in soap and water. This is extremely helpful when foods stick or sit for too long amounts of time.
