Recipe Focaccia Bread - Di Focaccia

Are you one of those cooks that have learned tender meat is beyond your realm of understanding? Can't seem to get perfect gravy? Do you find yourself turning green with envy when you savor meals at the homes of others while yours seem to lay like lumps on the serving platter? Then perhaps it's time to welcome a slow cooker into your home.

Each table is also given a complimentary serving of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. It's a nice touch and keeps you from having to order your own side although there are focaccia bread plenty of side dishes and appetizers available if you so choose.

Make you own baby food. Particularly if you have a baby who slow cooker focaccia starts solids in the summer or fall months when fresh produce is readily available try making your own baby food. Most baby foods are simply a puree of water and cooked fruit or vegetables. Prepared purees can be spooned into ice cube trays and frozen, then popped out and stored in freezer bags. Check out your local library for books that give more details about making baby food.

Don't just assume that you'll remember to take your recipe out of the oven. More times than not, you'll become busy doing something else and your recipe will burn. A timer is a baker's best friend because it allows them to work on other things while the recipe bakes. A timer also ensures the proper doneness of the recipe.

Involve the whole family in dinner preparations. Everyone can help, in my family even my 3 year old can help by placing silverware and napkins on the table. Use your crockpot whenever possible, there are tons of slow cooker focaccia that aren't soups and stews.

Several years ago, I worked at a small family owned bakery in Kettering. While there, I experienced focaccia bread for the first time and it was love at first taste! Since then, I have been playing around with focaccia bread recipes and thought I had developed my favorite-the easy bread baking crock bread recipe featured in this Fabulous Friday Feast installment. However, it is rare that I ever truly leave a recipe alone and I decided to work on a recipe that left the bread machine out of the equation. I served my tweaked recipe with my quick and easy lasagna and the reviews from family and friends were glowing.

Almonds - Almonds are a great nut to pair with wine. Their subtle taste, combined with wine, makes for an interesting palette that accentuates the delicious taste of wine. The snacks you choose should always complement your wine, not overpower it, and almonds are it's natural pair.

My personal favorite use for olive oil with my bread is to make a homemade loaf of focaccia bread. I shape the bread in a free form circle similar to a pizza. After allowing the dough to rise I put finger indentations all over the top of the focaccia bread and then simply drizzle olive oil into the little indentations. I then add herbs and garlic and some coarse salt to the top. Since I have just oiled the top of the loaf they stick really well to the bread. For a change I might add some sun dried tomatoes and perhaps even some sliced olives. Bake this in the oven just as you would any other loaf of bread and when it comes out you have a wonderful taste treat that you can be proud to serve at any family meal, or perhaps you want to sneak off and eat it all by yourself.

I believe that recipe translation is all that is generally required. So the next time you are searching the web for a recipe, please consider whether you want to search a little focaccia bread gennaro and try the real recipe.
